Executive Team Career Coach
Meet Liz
Executive Team Career Coach
I coach leaders and teams in transformation and individuals in career transition to feel empowered to boldly make the change they desire.
My curiosity for people, love for adventure and shaking things up, has led me to live on four continents in diverse roles across multiple sectors. These experiences and motherhood have taught me about the equally incredible and uncomfortable aspects of change, and this is why I coach people through transitions.

“I was coached by Liz as a part of a female leadership development programme... I found Liz to be a perceptive and insightful coach, who I developed an authentic relationship with. She has a warm and calm style that enabled building this connection despite our coaching relationship being entirely virtual.
Liz quickly understood my development goals & focus areas. She was able to actively contribute to my growth by asking the right questions and by referring to useful tools and readings on a wide range of relevant topics. Liz offered a good balance of active listening and challenging questioning; that helped me understand obstacles in new ways...Through dialogue with Liz, I was able to understand the subjective perspective I was bringing to the situation and then how to move past this and tackle the task head-on. I highly recommend Liz to anyone who is interested in their development journey.”

“The exercises and Liz’s objective insights, brought to light some issues and things to focus on. I really liked how Liz asked such good questions. These were what helped with a lot of self-realization. I also liked how Liz offered different strategies to find what worked best for me. Finding my triggers and how to manage them is a huge step. In addition, the exercise of writing my goal and then how she helped me focus on how to achieve it, has been amazing and life-changing.”

“Liz helped me reflect about what is really important to me at work. It was very important for me to identify these things to figure out how I want my job to be in the future."
