Meet Liz

I coach leaders, teams and individuals in transformation to boldly step into the change they desire.

My experiences becoming a mother, living across four continents and changing roles and sectors have taught me about the equally incredible and uncomfortable aspects of change, and this is why I coach people through transitions. 

​

As an executive coach, I partner with leaders in transition, to shift focus from their inner critic to their desires results and the path to achieve them. As a career coach, I support individuals explore career moves and find the courage within to build the career they want. As a systemic team coach, I partner with leadership teams experiencing change, to become high performing collaborative teams that achieve business results.

 

I draw on my background as a Certified Systemic Team Coach with the Academy of Executive Coaches and as a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach. I integrate into my practice my Practitioner experience in Neurolinguistic Programming with Wholehearted NLP.  I also conduct coaching debriefs with leaders for the following assessments I am certified in: Hogan Assessment, Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential, Team Connect 360, and Facet5. In addition, I bring more than a decade of expertise as a learning and development and talent leader across tech scale ups, fin-tech and professional services.

The coaching relationship is co-creative. We partner together to create opportunities for you to effect meaningful change and take actions towards your goals to get the results you desire.

 

Your role as a client is to determine the outcome you'd like to achieve for each session. You set an intention to engage fully and take meaningful actions as part of your coaching process.

My role as coach is to listen closely to you and respond to what I hear to help you get the clarity on your goals. At times, I hold up a mirror to you, to stretch and broaden your perspectives so you can attain the change you desire.
